Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle incoming inquiries, build strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Process sales orders
- Prepare quotations
- Assist external Sales team in achieving targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide information recommendations.
