Job Summary Our Client is in the Access Control Industry is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, processing orders and providing top-notch sales support while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Key Responsibilities oBuild and maintain strong customer relationships oUnderstand needs and recommend solutions oRespond promptly to inquiries and liaise with teams oGenerate leads, provide quotes, and close sales oIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunities oProcess orders accurately and coordinate deliveries oStay updated on products, services, and industry trends oAnalyse customer data prepare performance and forecast reports and maintain CRM records oCollaborate with internal teams and share insights to improve overall business processes Qualifications & Experience oDiploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) o2-5 years' experience in a similar role oStrong technical sales knowledge understanding and customer service skills oProficiency in CRM software & MS Office Skills & Competencies oCommunication, problem-solving, and time management skills oResults-driven & target-oriented oAdaptable and resilient under pressure oTeam player with strong collaboration skills oAttention to detail and analytical thinking oCustomer-centric mindset and strong business acumen skills Kindly note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
