Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Closing Deals with Clients (internal sales)
- Brand Integrity
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Telesales
- Attending to telephonic and in person queries
Functions: Internal Sales, Customer Service Liason, Internal Sales Coordinator, Customer Services Consultant
Skills Required:
- Presentable, take pride in appropriate professional attire to reflect the brand of the company,
- Positive, hands on, proactive
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Display good etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Good sound arithmetic skills
- A flair for design and creativity
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proven history of excellent customer service
- Ability to meet set monthly sales targets
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence
- Matric (Grade 12)
