Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a technical sales environment? Youll play a pivotal role supporting our sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth internal coordinationparticularly around modular raised flooring solutions for data centres, telecoms, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Enquiries

• Be the first point of contact for client communication via phone or email
• Manage incoming sales enquiries and provide basic product info or pricing
• Route technical questions to relevant specialists

2. Sales Order Processing

• Generate quotes, pro forma invoices, and sales orders using ERP/accounting software
• Accurately record product codes, quantities, and delivery details
• Keep clients informed on order progress, delivery timelines, and lead times

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM/internal databases
• Compile monthly reports including sales performance, customer statements, and back-orders
• Assist external sales staff with admin tasks like pricing updates, presentations, or tender documents

4. Team Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse and logistics to facilitate on-time dispatch
• Collaborate with production and procurement on availability and custom orders
• Work closely with finance for invoicing, credit notes, and account queries

5. Product Knowledge

• Learn the specifications and features of modular flooring systems
• Be equipped to explain differences in panel types, load capacities, finishes, and more

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Excellent administrative and organizational skillsaccuracy is key
• ERP and CRM system experience (e.g., Syspro, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced technical sales setting
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Advantageous: background in construction, manufacturing, or technical sales
