You'll ensure vital operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks and enhancing overall productivity. With passion, competence, and discipline, optimizing sales processes, increasing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth. • Correct & accurate processing of quotes, sales orders and invoicing.
• Improving the efficiency and accuracy of the internal sales process by finding ways of ensuring accuracy and improving turnaround time.
• Develop meaningful customer relationships through telephonic sales and contact, to facilitate sales and to solve all customer queries, enquiries and problems.
• Respond to clients' needs promptly thus ensuring our brand promise of Rock-Solid Dependability (tm).
• Generate quotations for engineering work including intricate and detailed, non-standard manufactured items. Assisting both the sales reps and buyers to source products and aligned services to add value to our product offering

Your Profile:

• Must be able to accurately perform basic mathematical/accounting transactions.
• Knowledge of use of computer software packages to create customer quotations and invoices from handwritten quote sheets and calculations as well as from computer generated stock information.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility with technical knowledge of products as well as sales and customer interactions. Recommendations and solutions to problems.
• Matric with mathematics
• National Diploma in Administration/ Business Administration
