This dynamic position blends administration, internal sales, and support to the external sales team. You'll handle everything from quotes and orders to client communications and internal reporting, all while building strong customer relationships and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities




Daily processing of customer quotes and sales orders Follow up on quotations and outstanding/back orders Communicate delivery delays or issues with clients Handle administrative duties: cash-ups, filing, and office reporting Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships Provide proactive support to assigned external sales representatives Schedule and run weekly sales meetings and calendar appointments Contribute to direct sales with existing and new customers Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the National Sales Manager Travel when required for sales support or customer visits

Requirements




Aged 25-35 with a desire to grow within the company Strong team player with a motivated, driven attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pastel, and CRM systems Sales skills are essential Previous experience in

industrial chemicals

is a strong advantage Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to travel if needed
