Our national client based in Germiston is seeking a positive, self-motivated Internal Sales Administrator who can support the External Sales team and assist with general marketing.
Product and service training will be provided within the lighting industry.
Own transport is essential.
Requirements:
Matric with relevant experience and own reliable vehicle - ESSENTIAL
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Basic social media knowledge (posting updates, client engagement, responding to enquiries)
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent administration, follow-up, and organisational skills
Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling incoming client calls, orders, and enquiries
Following up on client queries and maintaining communication throughout the order process
Assisting with basic social-media content, posting product updates, responding to online enquiries, and supporting brand visibility
Assisting sales reps with order processing and administration
Urgent sourcing and checking of relevant stock availability
Placing stock orders and tracking deliveries
Continuous follow-up with clients on ETA and orders in progress
Building and maintaining solid long-term client relationships
Data capturing, filing, and general administrative duties
