To effectively and efficiently support the business in selling aftermarket stock through excellent customer service, in order to achieve set sales targets and increase overall market share.
Main Objective
To ensure that all orders are correctly and timeously processed resulting in excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
To ensure that all administrative tasks relating to the role including invoicing and reports are done accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
To coordinate courier services to ensure that customers orders are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
To action and resolve all customer related queries on a day-to-day basis to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
To build effective relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation in order to service the customers optimally.
To actively promote and up-sell all products and services through daily interactions with customers to support the achievement of the sales target.
To ensure staff are effectively managed and held accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and that staff are developed and mentored through the talent management and IDP processes.
Critical job requirements
Grade 12
1 year customer service or sales experience
Knowledge
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to work with irate customers with tact and diplomacy
