LabourTek is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Administrator in KwaZulu-Natal to help drive customer growth and market share of an innovative, solutions-driven manufacturer.
The role involves handling inbound calls, converting inquiries into sales, and promoting world-class products with exceptional customer service. You responsibilities will encompass processing sales orders and assisting with telesales. You will also support credit applications, handle customer queries, and analyse feedback for improvement.
Requirements include a Matric (the relevant Sales or Marketing diploma/degree would be advantageous), and at least 3 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in the manufacturing/steel industries). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
