Job Description

Job objectives/Principal accountabilities:

Monitor and analyse stock profiling while liaising with Product Specialist regarding stock forecasting, planning, proposal and ordering. Procurement, placement of orders on local and international supplier. Supplier relationship management, local and international suppliers. Management of key accounts on order management system, kerridge and other systems. Processing of high value orders including key accounts and contract customers. Liaise with Product Specialist, customers and sales staff on the progress of inbound shipments. Continuously strive for operational efficiency and process improvement. Investigate, document, and apply improvement within division operations. Monitor updates relating to external economic and non-economic situations that can affect the supply chain. Provide full support to the other functions and teams when needed. Customer, branch and divisional stock expertise service delivery covering electromechanically products. Total stock delivery by involvement with Product Specialist. Achieving target response times for the submission of stock proposal. Reduction in buyouts and stock tail by focussing on the right stock level for the division.

Minimum Requirements:

Supply chain management - NQF 5. Minimum 5 years' experience Electromechanical Drives (Product knowledge is essential) Experience working on Kerridge (ERP System) will be advantageous Client relationship management
