Job Description
My client, a mining, leading equipment and technical solutions organization is looking to recruit for an Internal Controls Lead.
The role involves local and international travel.
Duties:
- Testing of internal controls
- BWise system management and control
- Walkthroughs over key financial processes
- Maintain all internal control documentation
- Design processes for implementation
- Incident management process
- Maintain the risk register
- Monitor compliance of team members
- Manage and review all stock processes, stock auditors, counts and variances
- EXCO engagement
- Align Global Internal Control Framework
- A completed CIA NON NEGOTIABLE
- Min of 5 years internal auditing/internal controls experience.
- Min of 3 years management experience (Min. of 5 direct reports)
- Mining, Manufacturing, Construction or FMCG experience is preferred
