About the Job

The Digital Support Intern assists the digital team with supporting, tracking, and optimising online video and display advertising campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising operations and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis:

Helping generate automated reports for campaigns. Supporting with analytics templates that highlight campaign trends and performance insights. Monitoring campaign performance under guidance. Contributing to post-campaign reporting and analysis for internal learning and stakeholder feedback.

Advertisement Operations:

Helping ensure correct materials (ad creatives, tags, metadata) are provided to relevant platforms or stakeholders. Supporting quality checks and campaign implementation across ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager 360.

Requirements

Qualifications:

National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) - Essential Diploma in Media Studies (NQF Level 6) - Essential

Competencies:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Intermediate English language proficiency Accuracy/Attention to Detail Adaptability Applied Learning Initiating Action Planning and Organising

Additional Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen Must be under the age of 35 * Candidates who have previously participated in or are currently engaged in a SETA-funded internship are not eligible
