About the Job
The individual in the role is required to manage and verify all music usage across all channels within the organisation. The individual in the role is also required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of music cue sheets, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
Verification
+ Liaising with internal and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of cue sheets for all channels.
+ Verifying the completeness and accuracy of cue sheets against actual broadcast logs.
+ Cross-checking cue sheets with music reporting data to ensure consistency.
+ Following up on missing or inconsistent data with relevant parties.
+ Ensuring all music usage is properly categorised and logged for regulatory and rights compliance.
Administration
+ Maintaining an organised and up-to-date filing system for all cue sheets, scripts, and related music usage documentation.
+ Ensuring all metadata is captured and maintained accurately within the internal asset management systems.
Reporting
Providing daily and weekly task reports to the Head: Digital Media Scheduling, outlining status updates, discrepancies resolved, and deliverables met.

Requirements
Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) - Essential
Diploma in Media Studies

NQF Level 6) - Essential
Competencies:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Intermediate English language proficiency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring thorough and careful completion of tasks
Ability to monitor and follow up on delegated assignments and projects effectively
Commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking and applying new knowledge and skills
Effective participation in meetings, considering the needs and contributions of others
Good planning and organising skills to manage tasks and ensure efficient work completion
Additional Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen
Must be under the age of 35
