Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist with overall recruiting administration activities.
  • Place advertisements on all advertising platforms as used by the UFS.
  • Handle enquiries related to the advertised jobs.
  • Headhunt suitably qualified candidates.
  • Screen CV's and create summary lists of applicants.
  • Conduct reference- and criminal checks.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable and friendly services to clients.
  • Ensure a prompt response to queries and requests.
  • Ensure a positive and strong candidate experience, while maintaining responsive and continuous communication.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality assurance.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection policies and processes are adhered to.
Inherent requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline on NQF Level 7.
The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates:
  • Have not participated in any learnership / internship programme.
  • Willing to sign a learnership / internship agreement with the UFS.
  • Has no formal work experience.
Recommendations:
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification.

Salary:
A stipend of R8 293.75 will be paid per month.
