Assist in forming self-managed teams that consistently delivers qualify work

Implement Scrum best practices within the team
Timeous and effective communication with Project Managers, Business Owners and Design and Delivery Teams
IT Degree or Diploma
Minimum 5 Years experience a Scrum Master gained in the Financial Services Industry
Good Understanding of Agile best practices
People management experience
Between 5 - 7 Years
