We are seeking a talented Architectural/BIM Draughtsman to join our team in Table View. If you have a passion for creating technical drawings, are experienced in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and have exposure to BIM and Revit applications, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert rough sketches into precise technical drawings.
- Coordinate with team members on large-scale projects.
- Read and interpret drawings accurately.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project requirements.
- Draft mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and floor layouts as needed.

Experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of essential experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D

Proficiency in reading drawings and working both independently and in a team
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and floor layouts
