Job Description
Job Summary Position: Financial Controller
Location: Centurion
Salary: R 600 000 to R 700 000 (depending on experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Financial Control and implementation
- Financial management
- Reporting
- Review and evaluate daily Sales and expanse forecasts.
- Preparation of month-end results, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Variance analysis
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Tax, Statutory, and Audit
- Working Capital Management
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analyses
- Fixed Asset Management
- Ensure accurate costing of stock
- Monthly Measurement of Working Capital targets
- Improve processes and procedures
- Team management (8 people)
- Address ad hoc queries from businesses and suppliers/customers where required
- SAIPA accredited
- Industry preference: FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / Pharmaceutical / Agriculture
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effectively and efficiently manage the working capital
