Position OverviewJLL is seeking an experienced mid-level Interior Designer to work on workplace/ corporate interior, and retail banking projects for a global corporate client.

Role ResponsibilitiesTo understand the clients design objectives and Guidelines.



Confidence in space planning, concept and detailed design development using corporate standards and ensuring design production.



Ensure all design production activities meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.



Create design solutions and work efficiently within a quick turnaround time on small to medium sized projects with varying complexity levels.



Present designs clearly and confidently to team Project Managers and senior stakeholders as needed.



Liaise regularly with Project Managers and attend meetings when required.



Specification of materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes & flooring, etc. within a budget and as per the Corporate Design Guidelines and brand identity.



Technical documentation abilities and understanding of BIM Collaborate space.



Able to produce designs that are easily signed off by Design Boards across different Business lines and clients to secure design proposals.



Ability to work individually on projects and as part of a team.



Required Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Interior Design or related field



7+ years' experience in designing interior spaces, with significant experience in corporate and retail environments.



Portfolio demonstrating progression of design work in the related field.



Proficient Revit skills (compulsory).



Relevant software:

Revit, Enscape and photoshop.



Advanced space planning, design concept and technical detailing capabilities.



Awareness and strong understanding of BIM modeling in design



Skilled with BIM Modeling is an advantage.



Professional Competencies

Excellent communication and presentation skills.



Creative, detail- orientated with good interpersonal skills.



Proven ability to learn new skills quickly; and to adapt to a new environment and operate effectively and efficiently within a short space of time.



Ability to work flexibly, independently and collaboratively.



Strong organization and time management skills.



Ability to take ownership and responsibility for meeting deadlines.
