Job SummaryHire Resolve's client, a dynamic and innovative design studio specializing in high-end interior and space solutions, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join their team based in Sandton. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding interiors.ResponsibilitiesMeasuring of sites and accurately transposing measurements onto AutoCAD and Revit.Completing detailed Construction Drawings in accordance with all relevant regulations.Producing precise Shopfitting Drawings while collaborating closely with contractors and manufacturers.Developing Furniture Specification Documents & Drawings to ensure optimal design and functionality.Conceptualizing and presenting Interior Design Schemes, including Mood Boards and Finishes Boards within the client's budget.Engaging and liaising with suppliers to source appropriate materials and finishes.Conducting Client Meetings to present and discuss design solutions.Performing site visits to complete snag lists of defect items.Sourcing and placing Objet d'Art and Styling Elements to enhance the final project aesthetics.RequirementsExpertise in Space Planning and Design Solutions.Expert-level proficiency in REVIT & Enscape (for 3D visualization and walkthroughs).Strong proficiency in As-Built Documentation, Drawings & Revisions.Exceptional design aesthetics and creative vision, including Moodboard and Shopfitting Drawings.Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and various 3D programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.Benefits
