Job Overview
A well-established dealership based in Ballitoa is currently seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk with previous motor dealership experience to join their finance and administration team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience within the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creditors accounts, processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
• Reconcile creditors accounts and supplier statements
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments
• Resolve account queries and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk within a motor dealership
• Strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience
• Computer literate with experience on dealership systems advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Traceable references
• Clear criminal record and ITC
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: R13 500 basic (negotiable depending on experience)
