Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Content & Engagement
Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, assets, and minor UX improvements.
Coordinate monthly webinars, including promotional emails and supporting logistics (not responsible for hosting).
Repurpose webinar outputs into a content pack, including:
SEO-optimized blog articles with schema and quotes
Short-form video clips for LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and Reels
Slide/carousel recaps for LinkedIn and email distribution
Playbook-style PDFs (gated or ungated)
Quote graphics and internal enablement assets
Produce original thought-leadership blogs consistently.
Draft and publish thought-leadership posts for company executives on LinkedIn.
Research and coordinate podcast opportunities, including outreach and prep packs.
Assist with concept development for short-form executive video content.
2. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Build and manage quarterly content calendars aligned with buyer personas and funnel stages.
Create detailed briefs for blogs, ebooks, and pillar content to guide execution.
Ensure campaign messaging and offers align with outbound initiatives and overall marketing strategy.
Plan and execute digital campaigns (organic, paid, and nurture) with clear performance goals.
Build and optimize email nurture flows, welcome series, and re-engagement programs.
Write persuasive email copy and design branded templates in HubSpot.
Configure and maintain advanced HubSpot features, including custom objects, properties, and calculated fields.
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and monthly quality checks of funnel performance.
Build dashboards and reporting for speed-to-lead, pipeline visibility, and SLA performance.
Conduct audits of sales handoff processes and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
4. Growth Marketing & Optimization
Build and manage LinkedIn and Google retargeting audiences from HubSpot lists.
Support light PPC campaign management, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Execute quarterly SEO initiatives, covering technical, on-page, and content improvements.
Provide ongoing SEO support, including audits and best-practice recommendations.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools.
Recommend improvements based on performance data and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise (COMPULSORY): Hands-on experience with workflows, email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, dashboards, and reporting.
Strong copywriting and editing skills for blogs, email, and social content.
Ability to design marketing assets using Canva (or similar).
Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, keyword research, technical basics).
Experience managing social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
Experience executing digital campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels.
Self-starter with strong organization and independence, able to manage projects end-to-end.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with leadership and partners.
Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Exposure to RevOps, CRM optimization, or sales enablement.
Familiarity with podcast promotion and webinar marketing.
Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
