Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Automation:
Design, build, and deploy engaging email campaigns and automated workflows using HubSpot email marketing templates.
Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for all email communications.
Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective messaging.
Content & Strategy:
Develop and maintain a content calendar for all email campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals.
Run A/B tests on email subject lines, copy, and visuals to continuously improve open and click-through rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content is integrated with social media and other campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, recommending actions to optimize performance.
What You Bring
Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on campaign and workflow management.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot email marketing templates and automation features is required.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, concise, and persuasive content.
