We're hiring an Integrated Marketing Business Partner - Automation & Product Marketing to lead Schneider Electric's marketing strategy for our Industry Automation portfolio and key customer segments across English-speaking Africa.
In this strategic role, the successful candidate will bridge business priorities and marketing execution, transforming product and segment objectives into insight-driven go-to-market plans, demand-generation campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Schneider Electric's relevance and competitiveness.
Success requires deep marketing expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of Industry Automation to help us drive growth, digital transformation, and sustainable industrial innovation across the region.
What will you do?

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Industry Automation and related product portfolios across English-speaking Africa.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans with clear ROI, pipeline metrics, and customer-centric insights.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, including product launches, sales enablement tools, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive digital-first marketing programs, managing SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Manage media planning and buying, ensuring optimal visibility and ROI across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
  • Create thought leadership and storytelling content, positioning Schneider Electric as a leader in automation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Plan and execute customer events and experience marketing, delivering impactful workshops and immersive engagements.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform GTM decisions, messaging, and prioritization.
  • Manage budgets and performance reporting, ensuring disciplined spend and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Communications, and global teams to align marketing execution with commercial objectives.

Who will you report to?
Reports: Director, Marketing Communications and Corporate Citizenship, English-Speaking Africa.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, industrial, or energy sectors.
  • Mandatory requirement: Proven experience working at a creative agency and/or marketing agency, with direct involvement in campaign development, creative execution, or media management.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading integrated campaigns across African markets.
  • Strong digital marketing experience, including CRM and automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CVENT, Workfront, or CDPs.
  • Experience working with global teams, external agencies, and media partners.
  • Industry knowledge in automation, energy management, sustainability, or digital transformation is an advantage.
