Minimum Requirements






Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent FAIS-compliant (RE5, relevant NQF Level 4 qualification and Class of Business) Minimum 2-3 years in a sales call centre environment Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role Experience in short-term insurance is essential

Duties and Responsibilities






Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, campaigns, and conversion strategies to meet and exceed targets. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing learning and development. Operational Oversight: Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workflow to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on team performance, challenges, and opportunities. * Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric culture and resolve escalated queries effectively.
