Job Title: Instore Promoter
Job Summary: Neshinna Promotions is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Instore Promoters. The Instore Promoter will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating products to customers within retail stores, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote and demonstrate products.
Provide detailed information on product features and benefits.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns about the products.
Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
Track and report on customer feedback and sales.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure a positive promotional experience.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation to various store locations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and product displays.
