As an Instore Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and engaging with customers to drive sales and brand awareness. Responsibilities

Engage with customers in-store to promote and demonstrate our products Provide detailed information about product features and benefits Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns Maintain a clean and organized promotional area Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays Collect customer feedback and report to the marketing team Work closely with store staff to ensure promotional success Achieve daily and weekly sales targets

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
