Job Description

My client, specialising in the installation of frameless glass sliding stacking doors, security shutters, security mesh systems, balustrades, and other high-quality products, are looking for a skilled and experienced Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of frameless glass products, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Plan, coordinate, and schedule installation projects, allocating resources efficiently and effectively. Manage and lead a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure productivity and teamwork. Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, verify measurements, and address any challenges or issues. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the installation process. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of measurements, materials used, and any deviations from plans. Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service in all installation activities. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-installation phase, including site visits and project assessments. Continuously improve installation processes, procedures, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Experience in frameless glass installation, with a strong understanding of industry practices and techniques. Knowledge of balustrade installation is advantageous. Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and report writing Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in taking precise measurements and interpreting architectural drawings. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain calm under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Remuneration Package offered:

Company Vehicle provided for work-related travel. Company Cell Phone provided. Petrol Allowance for work-related travel. Commission: An additional 1% commission on all other products when invoices are paid in full.
