Job & Company Description:

This role includes supporting the Data Management and Analytics team, managing Azure SQL systems, providing top-level client support, software updates, troubleshooting, and much more. Your innovative and solution-driven approach will be key in maintaining the integrity of company databases and driving optimization.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience in managing and monitoring Azure SQL systems and Azure security.
- Proven ability to provide 1st level Client Support via email, telephone, and remote access.
- Familiarity with systems architecture, software updates, patching, testing, and problem-solving.
- Strong experience in maintaining databases, optimizing security, managing database access, troubleshooting errors, and implementing emerging database technologies.
- Ability to develop custom data models, document and track projects, and communicate effectively with all departments.
- A solution-driven approach to challenges, with a focus on innovation.
- Fast & Eager Learner Essential.
- Strong Communication Skills.
