Infrastructure Engineer (durban)
Job Description
Provide support for maintenance, support and development of secure, reliable and efficient network, security and voice infrastructure that provides platform for services. Providing operation support to customers, resolving incidents managing service request and actively monitoring infrastructure services. Qualifications:
Understating of basic networking concepts
Relevant certification Experience:
Criteria
2 years of hands on experience in IT environment
Knowledge and experience of physical network, systems, security or voice infrastructure
Experience in customer facing role, providing support for IT services
Technical knowledge and experience working with CISCO network platforms
Knolwlege / experience of voice configurations
Knolwedge / experience of firewall configurations
Knolwlege / experience of Linux systems administration
