Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
- Advise clients on market conditions & property values
- Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
- Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
- Identify new business opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends
- Proven experience in Industrial Property Sales and Leasing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
- Competitive commission structure
- Exciting opportunities in key property markets
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
- Advanced training in sourcing, marketing, selling, leasing, and financing of properties.
- Support with signage, SEO campaigns, operations, and administration
