Key responsibilities:
As an Industrial Property Broker, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the leasing and sale of industrial properties in the Durban North area. You will work closely with clients, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties. Your duties will include:Developing and maintaining a portfolio of industrial property listings.
Prospecting and identifying potential clients and leads.
Conducting property viewings and negotiations.
Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing them with comprehensive market information.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations.
Requirements:
