Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Industrial Engineer with a

strong background

in the

automotive industry

. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years

of relevant experience and a proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibility:

Analyze and improve production processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Develop, document, and implement process standards, layouts, and workflows. Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Support new product introductions and ensure smooth integration into existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain) to resolve process and operational issues. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, waste, and process performance. Lead or assist with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate equipment, tools, and material flow for optimal plant layout and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
Basic Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 2-3 years' experience as an Industrial Engineer in the automotive manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Proficiency in process analysis tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office, or equivalent). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Work Environment:

Cost to company package on offer which includes Pension fund benefit and 13th cheque dependent on company and individual performance (To be discussed after interview phase)
