Azapak is upgrading its factory into a more modern, efficient and digitally supported environment. We are looking for an

Industrial Engineer

who enjoys improving processes, analysing data, and supporting digital tools that make the factory run smarter.

This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who likes both

factory floor problem-solving

and

using digital systems

to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse production processes and identify bottlenecks.

Improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.

Support digitising job cards, QC forms and downtime logs.

Build and maintain simple KPI dashboards and reports.

Work with Production, QC and Maintenance to solve daily issues.

Assist with continuous improvement projects and layout optimisation.

Help introduce new digital tools and workflows (training provided).

Document processes and support SOP development.

Monitor production data and highlight trends or problems.

Minimum Requirements

Industrial Engineering degree (or similar: Manufacturing/Mechanical with IE exposure).

1-7 years experience in a manufacturing, packaging, FMCG or similar environment.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Comfortable working on the factory floor.

Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement or efficiency projects.

Good analytical ability and structured approach to problem-solving.

Interest in learning digital tools (reporting, automation, workflows).

Advantageous (Not Required)

Exposure to OEE, downtime analysis or waste tracking.

Experience building dashboards or reports.

Experience supporting digital or system rollout projects.

Understanding of printing, converting or packaging environments.
