Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team within the Warehouse Department for a 12 MONTHS Contract .This role focuses on improving processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic logistics environment.Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze current logistics and supply chain workflows within warehouse operations.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Design and implement optimized systems for better resource utilization, space management, and inventory tracking.
- Develop and apply process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure improvements in logistics and supply chain performance.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present actionable recommendations to management.
