Industrial Engineer
Job Description
Main Purpose: The purpose of the position is to provide component manufacturing and product assembly support to previously industrialised products, as well as optimally converting product baselines (PBL)generated by Design Engineering into manufacturing baselines (MBL) on new product development projects, while applying DFx principals to minimize unit cost, improve product quality and reduce time to market.
Qualifications & Experience:
B-Eng./B-Tech. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering;
Project management experience;
At least 5 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment;
Experience in the new product development;
Exposure to tool and die making, an advantage;o Exposure to electronics, an advantage;o Self-driven, enthusiastic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R650000,00 - R720000,00 per year
