to manage incoming leads and guide potential clients through the first steps of our process. Youll be the first point of contact for interested prospects ensuring they receive a professional, organized, and friendly experience from the start.
This role requires someone whos confident in communication, structured in follow-up, and able to think independently while representing the company with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all inbound leads via email, phone, and online forms.
Qualify new leads and gather necessary client details for the sales team.
Schedule and confirm discovery calls or consultations with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and next steps in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads that have shown interest but havent yet booked a call.
Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth handovers.
Track and report lead progress, conversion status, and communication metrics.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional phone and email manner.
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
Able to think independently and make decisions that support the client journey.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, calendars, and workflow tools.
Previous experience in inbound sales, lead coordination, or client service preferred.
