Our client is a Telecommunications equipment supplier and they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Coordinator is point of contact for colleagues and customers. They will also work closely with workshop and store teams to maximise performance.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate sales orders and customer quotes
- Keep schedules and provide feedback, documentation and information to facilitate smooth and efficient sales processes
- Tender bid assistance (completions and submissions)
- Opening & Closing duties
- Grade 12 (with mathematics will be an advantage)
- No experience required, but any sales- OR two-way radio related experience will be an advantage
- Well-organised with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid drivers license + own transport
