We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end application implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing software deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of application implementation projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Retail sector experience advantageous.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on application implementations.
Strong understanding of SDLC and implementation methodologies.
Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise applications beneficial.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
Skills & Competencies
