Providing professional and effective ICT support to all users with regard to applications, equipment and related infrastructure
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining the network, operating systems, applications, software and system management tools
Assisting with the implementation, development, upgrade and subsequent support of all IT business applications, ensuring they meet business requirements, operational needs and contribute to the efficient delivery of services
Providing professional ICT support and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions in the ICT department, including:
+ asset management
+ financial management
+ procurement
+ supplier liaison

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field (advantageous)
2 years' experience in a technical support role
2 years' experience in an administrative and/or finance-related role
Understanding and experience in:
+ supporting various Microsoft Office packages
+ network setups and issue resolution
+ desktop / laptop hardware troubleshooting and issue resolution Knowledge of:
+ networking and hardware (intermediate level)
+ computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules and peripherals (basic to intermediate level)
+ asset management systems, ticketing tools, and procurement workflows Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom)
Valid driver's licence (advantageous)
