Job Description
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelors degree or higher qualification (non negotiable)
- 5 years experience in senior sales management and marketing
- Experience in strategic key account management
- Familiarity with the Microsoft package and BI tools
- Articulate, with a good command of both written and spoken English
- Conduct market and industry research.
- Maintain good relations with existing and potential clients to increase revenue.
- Market and advertise the companies products and services.
- Ensure up to date and accurate information on the companies customer relationship management system.
- Oversee the implementation of divisional marketing and communications plans and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Develop, evaluate, and review job profiles.
- Manage sales and marketing teams to ensure sustainable revenue generation for the division.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
