We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Group Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically to scope and plan projects, while also being hands-on and collaborating with others to deliver solutions and create value.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and competing demands.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes, including planning, data gathering and analysis, facilitating decision-making, and developing solution options.
Develop project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Analyse complex problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings, options, and key messages to Senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and enhance efficiency.
Facilitation of working sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings to ensure engagement and buy-in.
Manage project risks and issues proactively, escalating where appropriate and developing mitigation strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into project recommendations.
Support change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement, to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.

Qualification:


Advanced Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

We are looking for a candidate who has:


Experience working across multiple projects, and able to manage shifting priorities and competing demands.
At least 5 -8 years of experience in Management Consulting; with a preference for Human Resources-related projects.
Able to work across a broad range of topics, demonstrating curiosity and the ability to build understanding quickly.
Advanced analytical skills to shape insights and findings
Attention to detail and commitment to preparing high quality deliverables; often at pace.
Experience creating clear, compelling presentations and reports to convey key findings, options and key messages.
Able to bring structure and problem-solving capabilities to complex and situations to manage ambiguity.
Experienced problem-solving abilities to develop options and recommendations.
Collaborative partner with HR and business colleagues to deliver project outcomes.
Ability to step back and look at the bigger picture to ensure activities and projects are creating value for Glencore.
