Human Resources (hr) Manager – Mining Sector

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager with proven experience in the mining industry. The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensure compliance with labour legislation, and drive initiatives that support workforce effectiveness in a challenging and dynamic mining environment.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 05 years' HR management experience, with at least 03 years in the mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labour legislation, HR best practices, and mining sector compliance.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, including unions and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
