Human Resources Manager - Leading Financial Services Group
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a prominent financial services group in Bryanston, Gauteng. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement within a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-8 years in HR management or a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates from the Financial Services, Insurance, or Wealth Management industries. Experience as a PA to CEOs, MDs, or Directors with HR responsibilities, HR Business Partner, or Talent Acquisition Specialist is also highly relevant.
Qualifications: A Degree or Diploma is essential.
Skills: Proven expertise in HR management, organizational development, change management, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee well-being.
Location: Bryanston, Gauteng.
Salary: R40,000 to R70,000 per month.
