HR Management qualification. Must have 5 yrs of generalist HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mining environment. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department (payroll support, contracts, medicals, leave, etc.) Recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, policies, procedures and labour legislation. Sage / HRIS tools. Liaise with unions. Compliance with company policies, B-BBEE requirements, and employment equity legislation.
