Position Summary

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee workforce coordination and HR functions within a fast-paced organization. This role serves as the central liaison between internal managers and field staff, ensuring smooth onboarding, daily operations, and compliance across multiple job sites and active projects.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all worker documentation including contact details and W-9 forms, and tracking assignments by manager, location, and project. Daily responsibilities include monitoring attendance, addressing absences or performance issues, and supporting workers by responding to any concerns or incidents that arise. In cases of worker absence or turnover, the HR Manager must quickly source and assign replacements.


This position also involves logging and updating workforce data using a custom web-based platform, while maintaining consistent communication with managers and workers via WhatsApp, phone, and email. The HR Manager will manage various internal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets, and will help build a strong candidate pipeline through research, outreach, and screening efforts. A key part of this role includes growing and maintaining a database of skilled, reliable workers who are ready for deployment.

Requirements

Candidates must be fully fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal person will be assertive, confident, and highly organized, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based tracking systems. Experience using WhatsApp for business is essential, as is the ability to manage large volumes of data across several projects. Weekend availability for urgent matters is required. Previous experience in HR, staffing, or coordination is strongly preferred. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are critical for success in this role.
