Join a leading FMCG team as a Human Resources Manager in Cape Town!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR strategy through effective Human Resources and Employee Relations management, Organisational Development, and Talent Management. Your expertise in employee wellness, recruitment, performance management, and compliance will be essential in driving workforce sustainability and aligning people practices with strategic goals.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience, an honours degree or postgraduate diploma in HR or industrial psychology, and sound knowledge of South African labour legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as success factors or People Sage is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels are vital.
