to join our team and lead our Human Resources function with passion, efficiency, and a people-first approach.

Job Summary:



The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes at the hotel. This role is key to supporting our team, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring full compliance with labour regulations. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, training, HR administration, and help drive the hotel's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the hotel's goals. Provide guidance to management and staff on HR matters, labour laws, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Lead employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive, supportive work environment. Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals. Ensure legal compliance with all HR and labour-related regulations. Process payroll changes and work closely with the payroll administrator. Monitor staff attendance, absenteeism, and leave records. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Report on HR metrics and support management with workforce planning.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Officer, or relevant role (hospitality experience preferred). In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
