A leading well known blue chip fmcg manufacturer with manufacturing facilities nationally has an opportunity for a mid level HR Manager to be based at their facility on the outskirts of the Johannesburg CBD. This role will also have responsibility for the HR function of their facility in Chloorkop. The role requires a BCom or National Diploma (COMPLETED) in Human Resources or equivalent. The role will have HR Administrators reporting to them and encompasses the full HR Management/ Business Partner functionality. Previous experience as HR Manager in a medium sized manufacturing environment is a non negotiable, as well as strong experience dealing with trade unions, negotiations, representing the company at CCMA cases/ arbitrations/ reconciliations/ bargaining councils is all a requirement of the role. At least 4 years experience as HR Manager in a manufacturing environment is a must. The role is urgent and applicants that can start at short notice will be advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R500,000.00 - R550,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
