The Recruitment Intern will assist the HR team in executing recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within AssureCloud. This position offers practical exposure to recruitment processes and broader HR practices, providing an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job advertisements on multiple platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with reference checks and background verifications.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Familiarity with social media platforms will be an advantage.
