Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update HR records and employee files.
Assist in coordinating training and development.
Draft various HR reports.
Assist with Wages.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
Requirements:
Completed
BCom degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle pressure.
